UCOM Workshop Series: Music connects – international & creative
The UCOM Workshop Series invites professional and semi-professional musicians from Hannover and beyond to connect with artists from other UNESCO Cities of Music. Over the course of three inspiring days, participants will explore different musical styles, cultural backgrounds, and creative methods – and use this exchange as fuel for new musical collaborations.
Intercultural exchange meets musical creativity
The workshop kicks off with guest artist Maja Manojlović (Banja Luka), who will share insights into her artistic work and guide the group through collaborative sessions. Together, participants will develop new song ideas, which will be professionally recorded on day two at the PHR Studios under the direction of Sven Templin. The resulting tracks will be released after the workshop – and who knows, maybe one of them could end up in a national Eurovision selection show someday. 😉
